Here are a few of her favorite projects that she took from Conception to Completion. BOOK NOW Fresh Perspective Candid Convos CWP Presents: Gina B's Women of Rock We Called In The Team To Create Something Bigger Than Us Late one night, Celia had an idea for an online campaign aimed at getting Stevie Nick's attention ahead of her February 14th show at UBS Arena. It involved both a horizontal and vertical music video as well as a promotional campaign of social media posts. She teamed up with Gina B. of Gina B's Women of Rock to also create the tribute music video but also use this as an opportunity to build the image for the tribute show. It was really important to Celia to have every member of this project to be able to shine and show off their talent in every step of production. Celia is a huge adovocate for independent artists and Long Island Music Community is an incredible pool of talent comprised of talented artists. She has done multiple projects to create opportunity for local artists over the past few years. In less than 2 weeks we assembled a team of highly talented musicians from our local community to arrange, record, master the medley and create a highly ambitious video that was shot on an Insta360 X3 to create a stage show feel for our online campaign.

  • Celia's Early Years | CW Productions

Celia's Early Years Celia's Early Years where she developed her skills leading to her career. Education 2008-2012 Shoreham-Wading River High School I served as a lead journalist and graphics editor, specializing in long-form investigative reporting and community-focused storytelling. This role established my foundation in narrative structure and the technical intersection of visual and written media. Award-Winning Investigative Reporting: Honored with 3rd Place for "Story of the Year" (2012) by the Long Island Press for an in-depth investigative piece on the Occupy Wall Street movement. I provided on-the-ground analysis of complex socio-political dynamics, translating a global phenomenon for a regional audience. Visual Journalism & Layout Design: Directed the graphic design and layout for featured investigative stories. I ensured a high-impact visual experience, using design to guide the reader through complex data and narrative arcs. Multidisciplinary Beat Management: Managed a diverse editorial beat ranging from national news analysis to localized human-interest stories. This included chronicling the high-stakes journey of regional gymnasts to Eastern Nationals, balancing technical sports reporting with emotive storytelling. Emerging Technology Analysis: Authored reports on emerging technology trends, serving as an early voice in the digital revolution—a precursor to my long-term tenure as a YouTube Partner. Gold Award Girl Scouts Of America As part of the Gold Award, I introduced physical disabilities to the whole Shoreham-Wading River Middle and High School student body by inviting the AMP 1 team to speak to them. The AMP1 team (a team of amputee basketball players) came to the school to talk about their disabilities, telling everyone to keep believing in themselves and Never Give Up, and to help raise money for my Gold Award by playing a game at the Middle School gym against SWR teachers and faculty. After I introduced them in front of the school, Scott Odom, the team captain, spoke about his experience and the experiences of his teammates. Later that evening, 30 minutes before game time, the gymnasium was empty but at exactly 7 pm, we needed to delay the start-time because the line was wrapped around the building to get in. The venue was over its limit of capacity, kids were sitting on the floor surrounding the whole court. The money raised helped to pay for the medical bills of a young man named Myles. Due to lack of insurance, Myles could not afford his prosthetic leg, our $4,700 was used to help him purchase his new leg. During my Gold Award experience, I encountered some tough challenges but I used my problem solving skills to get past them. Prior to the start of the AMP 1 game, we had a huge line out the door and we ran out of singles, so I figured out that we needed an exact change line to keep the singles flowing back to the cash box. There were a few other pre-game problems like the lack of teachers to play and volunteers to help out. By using my advanced technological skills, I sent out mass emails and produced informational flyers and recruited an abundant amount of volunteers as well as 15 members of the faculty as basketball players. I worked collaboratively for several months, with Megan, a Public Relations Representative of Freedom Innovations, the leading U.S. high technology provider of premium prosthetic devices and the sponsor of the AMP 1 team. 2015-2015 Administrative Assistant Losquadro Law Firm I provided high-level administrative support and front-office management for a professional legal practice. This role required absolute precision in documentation and a mastery of professional client representation within a high-liability environment. Precision Legal Transcription: Executed high-accuracy administrative tasks, including the transcription of dictated legal correspondence. I managed the preparation of sensitive documentation where technical accuracy and formatting were non-negotiable. Professional Brand Representation: Managed high-volume client interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for the firm. I ensured that every communication reflected the firm's authority and commitment to client confidentiality. Secure Information Workflow: Orchestrated the secure transmission of client data and managed complex internal filing systems. I maintained strict organizational standards to ensure that the firm’s information architecture remained compliant and accessible for legal proceedings. Operational Streamlining: Managed the front-office "traffic control," ensuring that peak-period workflows remained seamless for both the legal team and their clients. Experience 2011-2011 Venue Operations Port Jeff Cinemas I managed front-of-house guest interactions and concession operations for a high-traffic regional cinema. This role provided early experience in high-volume facility management and the logistical coordination required to maintain a premium guest experience. High-Volume Operational Efficiency: Managed transaction workflows and food service logistics during peak showtimes. I maintained speed and precision in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless throughput for hundreds of patrons per hour. Venue Stewardship & Presentation: Oversee theater maintenance and inventory restocking protocols. I ensured the facility met strict presentation and cleanliness standards, understanding that physical environment is a key component of brand trust. P roactive Customer Engagement: Served as the primary point of contact for patrons, resolving inquiries and managing real-time feedback. I focused on creating a welcoming environment to drive repeat attendance and brand loyalty within the local community. 2008-2010 Youth Leader Round Out Summer Camp I served as a lead counselor and program coordinator for the Shoreham-Wading River School District, directing daily operations and mentorship for students. This role established my foundation in team leadership, conflict resolution, and the engineering of structured group environments. Program & Curriculum Engineering: Designed and executed daily "lesson plans" and complex group activities. I focused on fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity, ensuring that programming was both logistically sound and highly engaging for diverse skill levels. Conflict Resolution & Social Mediation: Acted as the primary point of tactical problem-solving. I managed real-time social dynamics and mediation, maintaining a positive and high-functioning environment for students and staff alike. Adaptive Team Leadership: Orchestrated large-scale group games and educational workshops. I specialized in adapting my communication style to lead diverse age groups, a skill that now serves as the basis for my high-level talent and stakeholder management. Operational Safety & Oversight: Managed daily venue safety and logistics for the Shoreham-Wading River campus, ensuring all activities met district-wide safety and presentation standards. 2007-2015 YouTube Partner YouTube As a verified YouTube Partner, I managed the end-to-end production and distribution of diverse digital content, generating millions of impressions by mastering the intersection of tech-curiosity and search algorithms. Early Tech Authority & Reviews: Established a high-authority niche during the birth of the mobile revolution. My technical reviews of the production gear, apps and softwares served as primary resources for early adopters, consistently reaching the top of global search results through advanced Video Search Optimization (VSO). Diverse Narrative Content: Produced wide-ranging content for a global subscriber base, including high-production value travel documentaries and software tutorials. These projects served as a laboratory for testing high-retention editing techniques that I later applied to corporate and institutional branding. Algorithm & Meta-Strategy: Mastered the architecture of platform growth before it was mainstream. I developed proprietary metadata strategies—optimizing titles, thumbnails, and engagement loops—to drive organic reach and maintain Partner Status for nearly two decades. Product Review Ecosystems: Translated complex technical hardware and mobile application features into accessible, user-centric narratives. My work in this space focused on bridging the gap between engineering and the end-user experience. Monetization & Analytics: Leveraged deep-dive analytics to refine content strategy, ensuring a consistent output of high-performing assets that met rigorous platform benchmarks for monetization and audience retention.
